Is a Loan Signing Agent and Notary Signing Agent the same thing?

How do I get Loan Signing Agent training?
There is basic and advanced loan signing agent training included in the Notary Mentor Program. You receive a certificate of completion at the end.
Do I still have to take the National Notary Association Exam?
Yes, regardless of what loan signing agent training you take, you still need to complete the National Notary Association Background Check and take the Signing Agent Exam (so if you complete the Notary Mentor Program, you need the smallest package on the NNA website) that comes with it. This is an industry standard and a main filter that companies use when searching for notary signing agents.
I need help with marketing. Does the Notary Mentor Program help?
The Mentor Program offers a step by step 4-week guide to marketing your business with supplies, guides for setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business Profile, Facebook Business Profile, website, landing page, blog, and so much more. How does the 1:1 Notary Mentorship work?
There are 6, 8, or 10 week options. You and your notary mentor work through the Notary Mentor Program and Loan Signing Agent training together, complete 1:1 mock signings, set up your online presence, and start marketing your business. Your mentee supports you through each step of the way, and you have their direct line to text with any questions or if you need support outside of your weekly meetings.
I want to practice the loan documents 1:1. Will this help?
Yes, this is exactly what our 1:1 Mock Loan Signings are designed for. You will walk through a set (or multiple sets depending on time) of loan documents 1:1 with a notary trainer. They will help you understand how to explain documents and answer commonly asked questions.
Can someone help me with my website?

What is the cancellation policy?
