Their role involves printing, scanning, and shipping paperwork, guiding borrowers through the signing of loan documents, such as mortgage and refinance agreements, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly
Is a Loan Signing Agent and Notary Signing Agent the same thing?
Yes, we are also often called contract closers.

How do I join the Notary Mentor Program

How do I get Loan Signing Agent training?
There is basic and advanced loan signing agent training included in the Notary Mentor Program. You receive a certificate of completion at the end.
Do I still have to take the National Notary Association Exam?
Yes, regardless of what loan signing agent training you take, you still need to complete the National Notary Association Background Check and take the Signing Agent Exam (so if you complete the Notary Mentor Program, you need the smallest package on the NNA website) that comes with it. This is an industry standard and a main filter that companies use when searching for notary signing agents.
I need help with marketing. Does the Notary Mentor Program help?
The Mentor Program offers a step by step 4-week guide to marketing your business with supplies, guides for setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business Profile, Facebook Business Profile, website, landing page, blog, and so much more. Hours of video content with walk-throughs. 500+ editable marketing supplies, and guidance on creating and executing a marketing plan for your notary business.
I'm already a Notary Signing Agent. Is this program for me?
Absolutely. This program not only provides loan signing agent training, but it also answers the "so, what do I do next?" questions that come up. It helps with setting up your business, marketing, mindset, and motivation.
I'm not a Notary Public or a Signing Agent. Can I still start this course?
Yes, this course walks you through everything from start to finish. You can start the course now and it will show you how to become a Notary Public for your state, as well as provide loan signing agent training and study materials for passing the Signing Agent Exam with the National Notary Association.
Is there a free trial? I want to make sure this program is for me.

How long does it take to complete the Notary Mentor Program?
It depends on how much time you have to dedicate to it as it is a self-paced program. Many notaries finish in one month, while many others stay in the program even after they have finished the curriculum for the monthly marketing services, community, and ongoing meetings and masterclasses.
How does the program help with my online presence?

How does the 1:1 Notary Mentorship work?
There are 6, 8, or 10 week options. You and your notary mentor work through the Notary Mentor Program and Loan Signing Agent training together, complete 1:1 mock signings, set up your online presence, and start marketing your business. Your mentee supports you through each step of the way, and you have their direct line to text with any questions or if you need support outside of your weekly meetings.
I want to practice the loan documents 1:1. Will this help?
Yes, this is exactly what our 1:1 Mock Loan Signings are designed for. You will walk through a set (or multiple sets depending on time) of loan documents 1:1 with a notary trainer. They will help you understand how to explain documents and answer commonly asked questions.
Can someone help me with my website?
Yes, we offer 1:1 marketing help sessions where you will meet with a team member who can help you with your website, marketing, or your online presence.

What is the cancellation policy?
To respect everyone's time we offer a 5 minute grace period and 24 hour cancellation policy. If you no show to the appointment you will need to repurchase. Communicate with us, we are willing to work with you to ensure your success.
I really liked the team member who helped me. Can I book with the same person again?
Yes, we value relationships at NotaryMarketingCo. You can re-book with the team member who helped you as many times as you want. Just navigate to the booking page and under "Staff," select their name.
