No, You Don’t Need a Dual Tray Printer to Start Your Notary Business

No, you don’t need a dual-tray printer to start your notary business.

I'm happy to share a game-changing tool that's been a lifesaver in my notary business – the Notary Rotary Page Sorter.

You can access this tool via https://www.notaryrotary.com/mc/pdfsorter.asp

This nifty tool is about to make your life a whole lot easier.

Picture this: you've got a stack of loan documents that need to be printed. They're a mix of letter and legal-sized pages, and you don't have a fancy dual tray printer to automatically sort them.

The Notary Rotary Page Sorter is a real-time-saver. It's an online tool that takes your single PDF document and magically converts it into two separate attachments: one in letter size and the other in legal size. Plus, it even gives you instructions on how to organize the papers.

Genius, right?

Here's how I make the most of the Notary Rotary Page Sorter:

Visit the Page Sorter Website: https://www.notaryrotary.com/mc/pdfsorter.asp

Upload your PDF:

Click “Choose file”

Click the “Process!” button:

Only once though, clicking it again will start the process over.

Download your sorted files:

In a matter of seconds, you'll have two separate PDF attachments – one in letter size and the other in legal size. Download these and save them to your computer.

Print your letter size document:

Be sure to print it on letter size paper. To do this make sure you have put letter size paper in your printer, as well as selected “Letter” under your Paper Size in Print Settings.

Print your legal size document:

Be sure to print it on legal size paper. To do this make sure you have put legal size paper in your printer, as well as selected “Legal” under your Paper Size in Print Settings.

Follow the instructions to sort the pages:

The Notary Rotary Page Sorter is like having a personal assistant. It'll give you clear instructions on how to organize your papers correctly. It will look something like this:

Sequence Stack

Letter   Legal

1

             5

2

             7

You’ll lay 1 letter size page from your printed letter pile face down.

Then you’ll lay 5 legal size pages from your printed legal pile face down. Then you’ll lay 2 letter size pages from your printed letter pile face down. Then you’ll lay 7 legal size pages from your printed legal pile face down and so forth.

It should take around 2-5 minutes to sort 150 pages.

As a mom and a busy notary, I need every minute I can get. This tool has saved me so much time.

The Notary Rotary Page Sorter not only saves me time but also ensures I'm on top of my game when it comes to document organization.

Plus, it's a real lifesaver for notaries who don't have dual tray printers.

I actually even suggest to all of my students that do have dual-tray printers, to still upload their PDFs into this sorter just to double check themselves and their printers.
